| Welcome to my blog!
In January 2015 I did a Discipleship Training School with YWAM in Biarritz, France. It was 6 months of incredible revelation, growth, and friendships. Over the months that followed the end the school as I continued to hear and follow God’s voice, I knew that He was calling me to come back.
In February of 2016 I came back on volunteer staff for about 6 months- God continued to grow and teach me in so many ways. I was able to attend a DNA conference in Germany, as well as spend 6 weeks in Lesvos coordinating volunteers for the refugee crisis. Again, I felt God stirring my heart and I knew that He was calling me to make a longer commitment to this base and to missions in France. To offer a season of my life to serve, to learn, and to be a part of what God is weaving together in Biarritz.
So now here I am. One of about 40 staff in the South of France, serving together to know God and to make Him known wherever He calls us. Stepping out in faith. Trusting God in every area of our lives. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of what God is doing here.
I write monthly blog updates here and you can find out more of what exactly our base is doing and how I am involved at the moment.
“Then Jesus explained, ‘My nourishment comes from doing the will of God, who sent me, and from finishing his work. You know the saying, ‘Four months between planting and harvest.’ But I say, wake up and look around. The fields are already ripe for harvest. The harvesters are paid good wages, and the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life. What joy awaits both the planter and the harvester alike!”
